Each year at GenCyber Girls in CybHER Security Camp we divide our campers up into teams and name them after powerful past women in tech. Over the last four years, we have honored these women: Ada Lovelace, Grace Hopper, Hedy Lamar, The Top-Secret Rosies, Kathrine Johnson, Dorthey Vaughan, Mary Jackson, Ann Caracristi, Dot Braden and Ruth “the wave” Weston. This year, our 5th year, we want to highlight women who leading the way RIGHT now. This year our team names are Amber Schroader, Cynthia Hetherington, Diane Janosek, and Michele Schochet.
