What is cx3
We are a community of like-minded individuals striving to educate youth in middle and high school in the STEM fields of technology and cybersecurity.

Our Mission
To educate and provide cybersecurity opportunities to youth. We strive to reach underserved and underprivileged individuals and communities within the Midwest region. Through our community features, we help middle and high school students explore the field of cyber sciences. We accomplish this through multiple avenues. We host events designed to engage and inspire youth in the cyber field, such as capture-the-flag (CTF) competitions, hackathons, training, hands-on workshops with cyber professionals, and more.
We personally work to connect each individual with opportunities based upon their unique needs and aspirations. This includes connecting them with mentors and professionals who will help them build their technical and professional skills, providing resources which will help them explore their interests, and more.

Importance
Throughout our cyber career, we have noticed that youth in the rural areas of the Midwest have fewer opportunities to attend camps, programs, and classes teaching cyber security than their counterparts in more populated areas of the country. This places them at a disadvantage compared to youth privileged to live in more densely populated areas. The cybersecurity field is only growing more important and we are on the front lines of building the next cyber generation.
With the Cyber Community Club (Cx3), we provide the opportunity for cybersecurity field exploration and career advancement to middle and high school students. Cx3 is tailored to any skill level, whether beginner or advanced, we have a spot for you! We hope to inspire and motivate students to discover the endless amount of possibilities that this field holds.
