Stephanie Olsen has been in the security, fraud, and abuse space for over a decade, leading teams and driving strategy to combat complex and complicated attacks at companies such as Google and Pinterest. She currently leads the Customer Trust team at Netflix, focused on building and maintaining member trust while defending against harmful acts.

As the CEO and Managing Partner of Inteligenca Inc., Carmen Marsh leads a team that consults small and mid-size businesses with cyber risk management, audit & compliance, and change management for large technical implementations. She started Inteligenca after 20 years of working with companies needing people who understand technology, including Sony Incorporated, Stanford Research International, Meridian Systems/ Trimble, USC, and CEA. But Carmen’s first interest is building up people. She has turned her energy towards creating opportunities for a new generation of digital warriors. The 100 Women in 100 Days Cybersecurity Career Accelerator program is developing security experts for companies like Intel, IBM, Centene, PCCI, and others. Carmen’s program provides these women with a free education and accreditation needed to obtain the top industry certifications. The participating companies in this program get the first choice of entry-level professionals who graduated from the program. She is also the founder of “The Cybersecurity Women of the Year Awards”. “Ally of the Year Awards”, Sacramento Valley Cyber Salons, and the CapitolSEC’ Election Security pitch events. Carmen graduated from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.

Marcaé Bryant-Omosor

CEO/Founder of CyberBytzs LeadExecs

Mrs. Marcaé Bryant-Omosor is a Software Engineer, actively serves on multiple community boards, and CEO/Founder of CyberBytzs LeadExecs nonprofit which focuses on advancing underrepresented leaders and closing cybersecurity workforce talent equity gaps. She has an M.S. in Cybersecurity from Saint Leo University and her B.S. Computer Science from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. Prior to her IT career she served 10-years in USAF and taught 10-years as an adjunct professor. Marcaé’s career journey spans 20-years of experience in I.T. Operations, Software Engineering, and cybersecurity fields. Furthermore, she actively advocates for the underserved communities, promoter of global cybersecurity awareness programs, and considered a community cyber change-agent. Marcaé plans to conduct research in: equity-based leadership development, small business & nonprofit cybersecurity hygienist, and NextGen women leaders.
