Ellen Arens

Ellen Arens

Program Manager at Raven Industries

Ellen Arens is Program Manager for Autonomous Machines at Raven Industries, Sioux Falls, SD.  She is a native South Dakotan who attended South Dakota State University and Florida Institute of Technology where she received her undergraduate degree in physics and went on to receive her master’s in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida. Ellen worked for NASA for 13 years in research and development labs in support of space shuttle processing and robotic science missions.  In 2014, Ellen took the opportunity to return to South Dakota to work at Raven where she has worked in software development, test management and program management to advance the technology in the agricultural industry.

As the Vice President of Program and Project Management, Vicki is an advocate for project success, ensuring technology teams are delivering the right thing at the right time, all tied to strategy and customer engagement processes. Her extensive project management experience delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget, guides her understanding of human behaviors and how appropriate process implementation can guide team success. 

She is successful at enabling and expanding Agile in organizations; leading multiple agile transformations. Working at the strategic/ Sr. leadership levels, Vicki removes obstacles and barriers to Agile teams by collaborating with Business and IT leaders to lean out process. Her leadership experience in IT Process Governance in Financial Services contributes to her deep understanding of IT frameworks, how to adopt process controls and standards, and integrate them into a dynamic culture. Extensive project management experience delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget, which guides her understanding of human behaviors and how appropriate process implementation can guide team success.

Kelley Criddle

Information Security Consultant, and Digital Forensic Analyst at SBS CyberSecurity

Kelley Criddle is an Information Security Consultant and Digital Forensics Analyst. Criddle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Security Administration and obtained a CyberForensics minor while attending Dakota State University. Criddle maintains her CBSM and CBFI certifications obtained over her two years of experience working at SBS CyberSecurity. Criddle has authored multiple publications and has assisted in teachings for the SBS Institute.
