Steffanie Schilling
SANS Cyber Security Difference Maker and Innovator & Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager
Steffanie AK Schilling believes in empowering and partnering with individuals to better protect their data and the lives entangled within that data. A social scientist at heart, she designs and implements impactful global Cybersecurity Education & Awareness programs by making cyber safety accessible, inclusive, and fun. Steffanie recently was honored as SANS Cyber Security Difference Maker and Innovator due to her unique ability to marry a keen understanding of human behavior with the technical elements of information security. She is also the founder of the Security Awareness Professional SIG, collaborating with and mentoring members of the North East Ohio Cyber Consortium.

Kaitlyn Bestenheider
Senior Information Security Analyst, Tevora
Kaitlyn is a Senior Information Security Analyst at Tevora under the Federal and Third-Party Risk practice. Her role is to provide support during security assessments and compose client reports for the NIST framework assessments (NIST-800-53, NIST 800-171, and NIST CSF) including FISMA, FedRAMP, and DFARS. She specializes in the development of policy and governance documentation, establishing and supporting third-party vendor management programs, and NIST System Security Plan (SSP) composition.

Dr. Pam Rowland
Assistant Professor @ DSU, CybHER Co-founder
Dr. Pam Rowland is the Assistant Professor Beacom College of Computing and Cyber Sciences; Coordinator Master of Cyber Defense; Director of CybHER MadLabs; and Co-Director Center of Excellence in Information Systems at Dakota State University, Madison, SD. Dr. Rowland conducts research and sits on national committees working towards increasing the number of women in cybersecurity. Pam is the co-founder of CybHER and is passionate about encouraging girls and women to explore education and careers in cybersecurity. Pam has been a part of receiving over $1M in grants and donations related to increasing opportunities and equity for women in STEM. Dr. Rowland also is a member of the Bank Midwest Board of Directors. She and her husband have four children and a beautiful granddaughter.
