Chloé Messdaghi is the VP of Strategy at Point3 Security.  She is a security researcher advocate who strongly believes that information security is a humanitarian issue. Besides her passion to keep people safe and empowered online & offline, she is driven to fight for hacker rights. She is the founder of WeAreHackerz (formally known as WomenHackerz) & the President and co-founder of Women of Security (WoSEC), a podcaster for ITSP Magazine’s The Uncommon Journey, and runs the Hacker Book Club.

Valerie M. Cofield

Deputy Assistant Director, FBI Cyber Division, Cyber Capabilities Branch

Valerie Cofield is the Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) for the Cyber Capabilities Branch within the FBI’s Cyber Division. In this capacity, she leads the coordination and deployment of the Cyber Division’s technical tools and capabilities and oversees all cyber-related training, recruiting, hiring, and finances for the division.

In July 2017, Ms. Cofield was promoted to DAD of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), where she engaged with interagency partners and other key stakeholders on policy issues related to current and emerging technologies and their impact on law enforcement.

Jenn Lesser Henley

Vice President, Infrastructure at Facebook

Jenn Henley is currently Vice President, Infrastructure at Facebook supporting a global organization of 350 Technical Program Managers.  This organization partners to maintain and advance Facebook’s Infrastructure in creative and strategic ways, balancing fast execution with long term strategy and vision. Previously, Jenn worked in the Information Security team within Facebook as Security Operations Director. Jenn served in this capacity for 5 years. She began her early career with Andersen Consulting and moved into project management in a variety of roles at both large companies and startups.  Jenn has also served as Chief of the Staff to the CISO at PayPal and the CIO at eBay, Inc prior to joining Facebook.

Dr. Eman El-Sheikh

Dr. Eman El-Sheikh

Director, Center for Cybersecurity University of West Florida

Dr. Eman El-Sheikh is Director of the Center for Cybersecurity and Professor of Computer Science at the University of West Florida. Eman has extensive expertise in cybersecurity education, research and workforce development and received several awards related to cybersecurity education and diversity. She leads UWF’s efforts as the NSA/DHS National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity Regional Hub for the Southeast U.S. and received several grants to enhance cybersecurity education and training. She teaches and conducts research related to the development and evaluation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for cybersecurity. She has published several books, including most recently, Computer and Network Security Essentials by Springer Publishing, over 75 peer-reviewed articles and given over 100 invited talks and presentations. Eman holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Michigan State University.

Dr. Siobahn Grady

Dr. Siobahn Grady

Assistant Professor, North Carolina Central University

Siobahn received her BS in Computer Science from Winston-Salem State University in 2005, her master’s degree in Information Science from North Carolina Central University in 2009, and in 2018 obtained her master’s and a doctorate of philosophy degree in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Siobahn is the first female Computer Science Ph.D. graduate from the university.

She is an Assistant Professor of Information Science/Systems in the School of Library and Information Science at North Carolina Central University, an AAAS IF/THEN Ambassador and a BlackcomputeHER Fellow. Prior to this, she served as an Adjunct Instructor at several colleges and universities where she taught an array of courses in Computer Science. She has delivered numerous presentations on a variety of Technology topics at national and regional conferences.

Siobahn is also an entrepreneur. She created Dreams Creative Group in April 2015 with one goal in mind – to elevate art. Dreams Creative Group offers unique web and graphic design solutions to individuals and institutions. Siobahn and her team of employees work tirelessly to make their clients’ dreams reality.

She is a member of several associations including The Alpha Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties, Winston Salem State University National Alumni Association (Life Member), and North Carolina Central University National Alumni Association (Life Member). She also serves as a volunteer for various organizations including Boy Scouts of America, FIRST North Carolina, Girl Scouts of America, and ‘Black Girls Code’, which introduces Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics skills to African American girls.
